DELIVERY AND RETURNS

PRODUCT LEAD TIMES

WHITE WEDDING BOXES / SAMPLES NOTEBOOKS / MILESTONE CARDS - No lead time, delivery will be made within 3 working days.

WEDDING STATIONERY - Due to the made-to-order process, once your proofs have been signed off, please allow up to three weeks for stationery to be printed, assembled and delivered.

PERSONALISED CONFETTI PRODUCTS - Due to the made-to-order process, please allow between 1-2 weeks for your confetti to be poured, labelled, assembled and delivered.

PERSONALISED CANDLE FAVOURS - Due to the made-to-order process, please allow up to three weeks for your candles to be poured, labelled, assembled and delivered.

 
 

UK DELIVERY

If you have ordered personalised wedding stationery, confetti or candle favours, please see individual product descriptions for lead times, once your order has been made it will be shipped via DPD and delivered within 3 working days. For sample, milestone card and planning box orders, please allow 3 working days, your order will be delivered via Royal Mail.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE, USA,CANADA AND AUSTRALIA

We aim to deliver to countries in the USA and Canada within 4-7 working days via a tracked courier service. Please email us regarding pricing for larger orders.

 
 

RETURN OF A WHITE WEDDING BOX

We hope you are very happy with your White Wedding Box, however if there are any issues, please contact us: samantha@whiteweddingbox.co.uk and we will try to resolve any problems you may have.

If you would like to return your White Wedding Box for any reason, you have 15 days to do so.

To be eligible for a return and refund, please make sure that:

- The box was purchased in the last 15 days

- The box and its contents are in their original packaging

- The box and its contents aren't used or damaged

- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Boxes that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

RETURNS OF PERSONALISED GOODS

We are unable to accept returns on any personalised products such as: wedding stationery, personalised confetti or candle favours. We offer a digital proof of personalised goods before they are sent to print, once approved, we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes on the design/product. 

RETURN CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from our site. We recommend a proof of postage receipt to ensure we receive the order back safely and can offer you a full refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged box or any of its contents is received damaged, please notify us immediately for assistance.

 

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
