WHITE WEDDING BOXES
CAN I RETURN MY BOX IF I CHANGE THE THEME OF MY WEDDING?

MY BOX IS DAMAGED CAN I RETURN IT FOR ANOTHER?
If you receive your box and it (or any of its contents) have been damaged, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require your order reference number and proof of damage.
CAN I PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS FROM WWB?
Only the 'White Wedding Box' collection can be purchased from the site. Each product within our boxes has been carefully sourced from an independent. Once you have your WWB, any product/s you desire for your big day can be purchased straight from the supplier. All product and supplier information is clearly outlined in the brochure which can be found inside your box.
I'M UNSURE WHICH BOX MY BRIDE WILL LIKE, HOW DO I CHOOSE?
If you are gifting a White Wedding Box and are unsure on the theme of their dream wedding, we are more than happy to create a mixed White Wedding Box, including products from each of the seven themes, for a more open choice and mix of ideas for the bride-to-be.

WHAT DO I GET WITHIN MY WWB?
Within your keepsake White Wedding Box you will receive a stunning WWB-branded notebook, save the date ideas, stationery suites, confetti samples, unique wedding favours, wax seal inspiration and (for a little pampering) a few beauty products.
However, the 'Original' box does include a few extras which are stated in the product description.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A PRODUCT WITHIN THE BOX?
All products included in each White Wedding Box are handpicked by us and come from independent businesses in the UK. If you would like to purchase any of the product/s for your big day, all supplier information can be found in the brochure inside your box.
HOW BIG IS THE BOX?
Each White Wedding Box is: 280 x 220 x 110mm. When packaged for delivery these dimensions increase to: 300 x 235 x 122mm.
IS A RECEIPT INCLUDED?
Generally the receipt of the WWB will not be included in the box, as many of our customers are buying a White Wedding Box as a gift. A receipt will be sent to your email address once purchased. If you do not receive this email, then please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
WHEN WILL MY BOX BE DELIVERED?
All White Wedding Boxes are carefully gift wrapped with an optional free gift message available at checkout.

HOW DO I STORE MY CONFETTI?
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, the light can fade your petals. Your confetti will keep for up to a year, so we recommend ordering your confetti well in advance of your big day.
HOW DO I ORDER A SAMPLE?
Towards the bottom of each confetti product page, there is a sample available to purchase. Please note: Samples are not personalised.
IS YOUR CONFETTI BIODEGRADABLE?
Yes, all our petals are 100% natural and biodegradable.
HOW MUCH CONFETTI ARE IN YOUR POPS/TUBES/CUBES AND PILLOWS?
Each of our confetti products are filled with a generous handful of beautiful biodegradable petal confetti.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Once your order has been placed, we will be in touch between 1-2 working days to discuss the phrasing and any extras you have chosen for your stationery. A digital proof will be sent within another 1-2 working days, any amendments at this stage will be free of charge. Due to the made-to-order process, once your proofs have been signed off, please allow up to three weeks for stationery to be printed, assembled and delivered.
HOW CAN I ORDER EXTRAS/SPECIAL FINISHES FOR MY STATIONERY
For all stationery extras, please use the drop-down menu on the product page. Simply, select your special finish and add your desired quantity to basket.
CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE FIRST?
Yes of course, we recommend ordering a sample before you purchase stationery for your big day as it is a great way of seeing the quality, colours and finishing of our products before you place your order.
A sample bundle includes:
- A save the date, invitation and matching envelopes
- A details card
- An RSVP and matching envelope

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
There is a minimum order of 30 invitations when ordering stationery.
NOTE* * This means a minimum of 30 of each asset: invitations, rsvp and/or details card.
DO I HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THE STATIONERY MYSELF?
No, we take care of all the assembling so there is one less thing for you to do. However if you would like to make a night of it, assembling your invitations with your partner or bridal party, please let us know in your confirmation email after your order has been placed.
CAN I CHANGE MY STATIONERY AFTER I HAVE PURCHASED?
Yes, a digital proof will be sent within 1-2 working days, this is when you can make any amendments to your order, at this stage amendments will be free of charge. However after a second round of amendments we will have to charge £15.00 each time. Once you have approved your digital PDF proof, you are unable to make any more changes as your order will have been sent to print.
WHAT STOCK DO YOU USE FOR YOUR STATIONERY?
All our wedding stationery and milestone cards are printed on luxury 250gsm fine Italian, Tintoretto Gesso paper stock and paired with luxury thick envelopes.
HOW BIG ARE THE CANDLE FAVOURS?
All our candle favours are 10cl and burn for approximately 20 hours.
